  • SCCM Administrator with a general understanding and of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Working under general direction, providing technical solutions to a wide range of problems.
  • Under general direction, determine root cause for issues, and identify possible resolutions to be applied.
  • Use SCCM, SCOM, and SQL reports and product logs to locate workstations and servers that have inventory, deployment, patching or other issues, and then use provided scripts, tools, and vendor products to troubleshoot and resolve the issue and verify resolution.
  • Under general supervision, able to use SCCM add systems to collections, create update packages for Microsoft security bulletins/hot fixes, and create packages for 3rd party software
  • Basic knowledge of SCOM monitoring agent and responding to and tracking alerts.
  • Able to check for enterprise security compliance using SCCM, and query the environment for specific software installed on systems.
  • Capable of troubleshooting SCCM agents installed on clients to ensure that all systems are receiving updates and report to the central SCCM server.
  • Under supervision, provide integrated solutions utilizing a variety of software products with a focus on Microsoft Windows environment.


  • 4+ years’ experience working with and a basic knowledge of Windows server 2008 R2 and Windows server 2012 R2 system administration
  • 4+ years’ experience and a general understanding of applying patches and updates to servers and workstations using SCCM
  • 4+ years’ experience and a basic knowledge of creating, modifying, and running compliance queries in SCCM
  • 4+ years’ experience in monitoring system performance using SCOM
  • 4+ years’ experience and a general understanding of Windows 7, 8, 10  system administration
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to organize information
