1.Engineering Technician – Columbia Maryland TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance

Minimum of 15 years’ experience as an assembler, electronics technician, or engineering technician Skilled in soldering under a microscope, to include: Ability to place and remove 0201 components Rout and solder 40 AWG multi-filer wire Connectorize, rout, and solder micro coax, such as UT-20 Ability to develop assembly processes Capable of designing and making tooling to assist with assembly or test processes Experience debugging hardware failures and documenting test results Lead and communicate requirements to contractor engineering technicians, assemblers/fabricators, mechanical designers and technical writers Prepare and validate parts lists Independently perform tests and document the tests results, following an approved test plan Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, to the technical team, management and the customer concerning status of work
